STK Associates helps you identify your financial priorities and goals, comprehend various investment alternatives and build a financial plan. STK Associates can give advice and/or recommend alternatives and/or buy investment options. In any case, we need to follow the six basic steps of the Financial Planning Process given below.

Clearly define the relationship between STK Associates and you.

Establish what services we are going to provide you with. This will depend on your requirements and our areas of expertise. Chart out your’s and our responsibilities, define the duration of our professional relationship and we will then put it in writing. Establishing how STK’s services are paid. We will advise you as to whether we would be paid by commission or fees or a combination of both.

Share financial information.

STK Associates will ask you about all aspects of your personal finance. Both you and us should mutually define your financial goals, estimate the timeframe required to reach those goals and set down your risk attitude. This will help us to come up with a financial plan that best suits your requirements.

Analyze your current financial status.

STK Associates should have full knowledge of your current financial situation, debts and outstanding loans. Depending on the services we provide, we will undertake a thorough analysis of your assets, liabilities and cash flows; evaluate if your insurance policies are adequate and review your investments.

Develop recommendations.

STK Associates will now draw up a financial plan, keeping in mind your current financial status, risk attitude and long term goals. We will thoroughly explain the recommendations/alternatives suggested in the plan. We will also immediately address any misgivings you may have with the plan or recommendations. This includes a review of the recommendations and coming up with new ones. Once you are fully aware and satisfied with the alternatives, you can make an informed decision.

Implement the recommendations.

Once the recommendations have been agreed upon, it is imperative that they should be carried out immediately. We would expect you to implement the recommendations at your ease. It is possible that certain aspects of the recommendations will need the support of other specialised advisers like solicitors, stockbrokers or accountants.

Monitoring the recommendations.

A constant review of your financial decisions is necessary to know whether your financial plan is on track. We will take the responsibility for the monitoring of your progress. We will then send you periodic reports of your financial assessment, suggest any changes to be made and update your financial plan. If the initial recommendations are not turning out as well as anticipated we then modify the recommendation and tune it to your needs

Whatever your financial needs STK Associates are here to guide you through the process
